Charges apply from time of access to time of leaving.
So the setting up time and the clearing up time is included in the time booked.
Please remember to write requests for any particular items of equipment needed.

Core hours available are 9.30 am to 9 pm.
An extra £5 is charged for access earlier than 9.30 am

Terms and Conditions 

Group room hire
On Weekends Helios does not undertake to supply Reception Facilities so Group Leaders should check arrangements for answering the door at lunch breaks etc., and that rooms are left tidy after use and washing up is done.
Community organizations who wish to be part of The Helios programme can apply for special arrangements.
All hirers must complete a Booking Form to confirm the letting arrangements and agree to the terms therein.
Smaller rooms suitable for up to 8-10 (seated) people are also available at lower rates.

Where, the group involves therapy or the training of therapists you must first supply -
Details of the activity,
Copies of Qualifications,
and Copies of Insurance Certificates.
